Institute of Food Engineering and Biotechnology

The Institute of Food Engineering and Biotechnology was established in 2014.

The Institute of Food Engineering and Biotechnology is a structural subdivision of the Irkutsk State Technical University, is guided in its work by the INRTU Charter, the institute regulations and other regulatory documents.

The structure of the Institute of Food Engineering and Biotechnology includes the following departments:

  • Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
  • Department of Organic Chemistry and Food Technology
  • Department of Food Technology and Chemistry
